Carol Mills is Chief Sales Officer for HUB International Insurance Brokers. Carol joined HUB International in 2008, and has over 15 years of experience in the financial and insurance industries.
Carol’s career with HUB started as the first Employee Benefits producer in Western Canada. She grew a book of business organically and worked with leadership to help develop a positive cross-selling culture within the Lower Mainland offices. As the opportunities grew, so did the team, and Carol expanded the Employee Benefits practice between BC and Alberta while also joining the Commercial Management Team in 2013.
In her role as Chief Sales Officer, Carol works with HUB’s Greater Vancouver sales team to drive organic growth and maintain high retention levels for existing clients. Carol is a member of HUB’s local Executive Management Team and is responsible for developing and executing on sales strategies for the organization. She also continues to develop and pursue business opportunities for her team for both new and existing clients.
Carol’s educational background includes a Diploma of Technology for Marketing Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT), where she specialized in Professional Sales. She is also a Licensed Life Insurance Broker in several provinces across Canada and holds a Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) designation.
